III. Acquisition Portal & Asset Submissions
The Asset Review Portal and “Submit an Asset” functions are tools provided for the convenience of brokers, owners, and partners.
Non-Binding Nature: The submission of an asset for review does not create a contract, partnership, or agency relationship.
No Confidentiality: While we protect data according to our Privacy Policy, the submission of an asset does not prevent the Firm from evaluating similar or competing assets.
Accuracy: You represent that all information provided in an asset submission is accurate and that you have the legal right to share such documentation.
IV. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including text, logos, custom “Stewardship” frameworks, and ecological research data, is the exclusive property of the Firm and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal or internal business use.
Prohibitions: You may not scrape, frame, or redistribute our data, proprietary research, or “Performance” metrics without express written consent.
V. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in data, service interruptions, or reliance on information presented under the “Performance” or “Insights” menus.
VI. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm and its officers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site’s acquisition tools.
VII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Wyoming, USA without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be settled in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, USA.
